Why We Built This

Most military pay calculators are on ad-heavy sites that bury the actual numbers. We wanted something clean and accurate: pick your branch and rank, enter your time in service, and see your true take-home pay — including the tax advantage most calculators miss.

How It Works

Uses official 2026 DoD pay tables with the 3.8% across-the-board increase, latest BAH and BAS rates (4.2% and 2.4% increases), and all special pays. Accounts for the tax-free status of BAH/BAS, federal income tax, and FICA. Shows your civilian equivalent salary and tax advantage.

2026 Updates

Updated with FY2026 NDAA pay changes: 3.8% base pay raise, 4.2% BAH increase, 2.4% BAS increase, Warrior Dividend payment, and updated tax brackets.
